Pednolver apartment 3 is an exclusive first and second floor apartment with arguably one of the best views in St.Ives. It is located in a commanding position overlooking the town with panoramic sea and coastal views. As well as being a popular seaside resort with its magnificent beaches and working harbour St.Ives is a haven for artists and for years artists have sought inspiration in and around the area. In the town you can lose yourself in the maze of cobbled streets with galleries, crafts and unusual clothes shops. There are numerous upmarket restaurants where you can feast on fresh fish and tea shops where you can sample a Cornish cream tea.

Accommodation

The apartment is the top two floors of an imposing granite former sea captains house and has many original features with high ceilings and some granite walls. The lounge has a very efficient gas wood stove and stunning views of the bay stretching across to Hayle, Godrevy lighthouse and way up the coast to Trevose Head, Nr.Newquay The kitchen is well equipped and has a Belfast sink, granite worktops and two steps lead up to the dining room with fantastic views over the town towards the harbour. The bathroom has is a Jacuzzi claw foot bath with shower over, whb and toilet. Stairs lead to the second floor with open area which is a second lounge with bed sofa and door to large decked balcony where you can sit and see the most spectacular views over the town to the harbour, the island and beaches. All the bedrooms have sea views; there is a double, a twin and a bedroom with an amazing 8’ bed.
